spellato<\/li>\n<li>marinare in una\u00a0busta\u00a0da sottovuoto condizionata al 99% con olio EVO, pepe del Timut, pepe della Jamaica e timo limone\u00a0per 1 ora<\/li>\n<li>tostare le\u00a0mandorle in forno per 10\u00a0minuti a 180*C<\/li>\n<li>lasciare\u00a0raffreddare e ridurre in\u00a0granella<\/li>\n<li>rimuovere i filetti\u00a0dalla busta e passarli nella\u00a0granella, farla aderire su ogni lato<\/li>\n<li>salare leggermente e\u00a0cuocere in forno a 200*C per 6\u00a0minuti<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per la chips:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>far sobbollire la\u00a0tapioca in acqua salata per\u00a040 min, scolarla e unirla\u00a0al nero di seppia<\/li>\n<li>stendere\u00a0in essiccatore e far essiccare\u00a0per 8 ore a 70\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>friggere in\u00a0olio di semi di arachidi a\u00a0180\u00b0C per 5 secondi e scolare\u00a0su carta assorbente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per la crema:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>far arrostire il\u00a0cavolfiore in padella,\u00a0ricoprire di acqua\u00a0 fredda\u00a0quando sar\u00e0 bene dorato, poi far bollire per 15 minuti<\/li>\n<li>dopo aver aggiunto la Spirulina Italiana, frullare, salare, pepare,\u00a0aggiungere la scorza di lime\u00a0e l\u02bcolio EVO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per
