salata, poi frullarla con un frullatore ad immersione<\/li>\n<li>versare su un ripiano la farina, rompere al centro l\u2019uovo e aggiungere la purea di barbabietola<\/li>\n<li>sbattere con una forchetta le uova facendo assorbire pian piano la farine e inglobando aria<\/li>\n<li>quando si former\u00e0 un impasto semiduro, lavorare con le mani, aggiungendo farina 00 all\u2019occorrenza<\/li>\n<li>avvolgere nella pellicola e lasciare riposare mezz\u2019ora l\u2019impasto<\/li>\n<li>stendere l\u2019impasto molto sottile, creare dei dischi con un coppa pasta o un bicchiere, posizionare al centro un po\u2019 di ripieno ed eseguire la chiusura dei ravioli<\/li>\n<li>far cuocere i ravioli nel brodo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per il brodo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>mettere a bollire sedano, carota e cipolla per 40 minuti in acqua salata<\/li>\n<li>a cottura ultimata prelevare una parte di brodo da usare per la cottura dei ravioli<\/li>\n<li>far raffreddare il brodo rimasto per 10 minuti \u00a0e\u00a0aggiungere un cucchiaino di spaghettini di\u00a0<strong>Spirulina Italiana Livegreen,<\/strong>\u00a0in parte polverizzati a mortaio<\/li>\n<li>lasciare in infusione 5 minuti, filtrare il brodo con un setaccio a maglia stretta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per l\u2019impiattamento:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>versare un po\u2019 di brodo alla Spirulina in un piatto fondo e posizionare i ravioli parmigiano, aggiungere un cucchiaino di lecitina di soia e montarlo con un frullatore ad
