farina, lo zucchero e il lievito in una planetaria<\/li>\n<li>aggiungere acqua, olio a filo e la spirulina, impastando con il gancio<\/li>\n<li>quando l&#8217;impasto sar\u00e0 incordato, aggiungere il sale<\/li>\n<li>formare una palla e far lievitare per due ore<\/li>\n<li>con l&#8217;impasto formare un salsicciotto e tagliare in pezzi di circa 50 g<\/li>\n<li>fare delle palline e farle riposare coperte per 30 minuti<\/li>\n<li>stendere le palline con il mattarello e ripiegarle su s\u00e9 stesse, mettendo in mezzo un pezzo di carta forno per non farli attaccare<\/li>\n<li>far lievitare per altri 30 minuti<\/li>\n<li>cuocere i Bao Buns in una vaporiera per 20 minuti<\/li>\n<li>farcire con songino, cavolo rosso, calamari fritti, erba cipollina e salsa
